WATERMELON MARGARITA JELLO! These would have been dangerous in college! Throwback from last summer—this one went viral on TikTok last summer and for good reason—This is a super fun way to serve up your happy hour cocktails—if you’re of age of course 😘 Oh—you can totally make this without the alcohol. Happy Friday! • • ½ mini watermelon, flesh carved out and puréed *remove all flesh to allow it to stick better. Juice of 2 large or 3 small limes ⅔ cup tequila of your choice 3 Tbsp (30 g) unflavored gelatin 50 ml water **Optional: recommended for sweetness to add ¼-½ cup of granulated sweetener of your choice before heating the juice **for *true* margarita flavor add a couple shots of triple sec • • 1️⃣Mix the gelatin and water and set aside. 2️⃣Strain the pulp from the watermelon purée. Add the lime juice and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Let the temp come down. 3️⃣Add tequila and gelatin mix and mix until well combined. 4️⃣pat rind dry. She did not stop clapping and screaming until my feet touched the ground. It reminded me how special it is to be a woman and how we truly are unstoppable when we all support and empower one another 🥲 Also thank you to all those fierce woman who show up daily in male-dominated spaces, whether it’s at work, serving in the army, or even just going to your regular gym.
