In 2023, I vow to take care of ME a little bit more. Rather it's more solo dates, trips, spa days, me time, or anything else as simply as just being left alone with the phone on DND; I'm going to take it!! Being a full time parent, full time worker, full time student, or a full or part time anything, it tends to take a toll on your mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual being with also having to deal with just LIFE in general . It'll always take a toll eventually & will end up causing a burnout!! So my advice is to just make sure in the new year, take more time out for YOU!! Once you do, you'll have fewer breakdowns and burnouts; and be more relaxed in the new year!!

What Is Combination Skin?

Well if you have oiliness in your T-zone and dry patches in other areas (like your cheeks), you likely have combination skin. Having larger pores can also be a sign of this skin type.

Tips for Combination Skin
Combination skin requires a balanced regimen, and these are some recommendations:

•Gently exfoliate and deeply moisturize. This will help get rid of dry patches while also nourishing and replenishing your skin.
•Try a clay mask on your T-zone to get rid of excess oil, and apply a moisturizing mask to your cheeks to hydrate dry areas.
•Use blotting papers to instantly reduce oil.
•Look for products with any of these three powerful ingredients:

- Salicylic acid helps reduce oil production and keep acne at bay.
