This is the First Ladies of our group to receive the snowflake charm!! Good job ladies!

I haven't posted on this page in a long time but the zucchini cheese pancake recipe from Mondays meeting is worth posting!!
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 slice 45 calorie bread (made into crumbs)
2 Tbs shredded fat free cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano or basil

Mix all ingredients spray non-stick pan add mixture, cook without stirring, turn over when egg is set

Makes one 4 pt pancake!
