One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:

💬 “If I wash my hair less, it’ll get healthier.”

The truth? It’s not really about how often you wash—it’s about using the right products and taking care of your scalp.

Here’s what I recommend:
🤍 Wash your hair when your scalp feels oily or itchy.
🤍 Always shampoo your scalp, but focus conditioner on your mid-lengths and ends.
🤍 Use a heat protectant every single time you use hot tools.
🤍 A trim every 8–12 weeks helps prevent split ends from traveling up the hair shaft.

If you wear lash extensions, avoid oil-based cleansers around your eyes and wash your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser. Clean lashes = better retention, healthier natural lashes, and fuller-looking sets!
