So many people ask me what my diet is like since clearly I am a "machine" when it comes to working out. Well, I eat fairly clean for the most part, but I'm not afraid of a greasy cheeseburger or an ice cream sundae, in moderation of course. But my favorite meal of the day is my shakeo replacement meal!

I can honestly say that by adding my supplements and proteins, I have seen the largest improvement since the start of my fitness journey. Not only is it delicious, but it has helped improve my stamina and has aided in developing the lean muscle mass I've been working for. I highly recommend all of the products, but I don't recommend going a day without it!!
