In honor of complete transparency- we have seen a dramatic increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations with clients trying to immediately get back in the schedule.
While we understand that life happens, No shows and last-minute cancellations hurt small businesses when they are repeatedly absorbing the cost of these missed appointments.

If you are a first time offender – please do not worry, we are not going to charge you because for the first time in forever, you got stuck in traffic or your child got sent home sick. We will use our best discretion with this. We truly don’t like this anymore than you do.
