Frightening but true! 😳 If you touch your face before washing your hands you are smearing on bacteria from everything you have touched that day.
From door handles, store payment machines, toilet seats, your dog, unwashed food, the list goes on and on.
Always make sure to wash your hands throughout the day.💧
Keep an eye on your hands throughout the day and how many time you unconsciously go to touch your face. I bet it's a lot more than you'd think!
