A lot of people have been asking me how you put in one of my reusable hair wraps!

It’s actually a really simple process And I decided to make a tutorial video so people could learn how to put them in and also reference back to them if need be!

It’s been so much fun for me to make these and I love wearing them out and matching them to my different outfits and I appreciate everyone that’s supported my little project and is out there rocking my hair wraps you guys are the best 💓

One of my favorite things about my job is when you have done a clients hair for so long they trust whatever vision you come up with!

Jen and I always like to mix it up and have fun with her hair! Whether it’s going a lil warmer, darker or brighter!

This time I mixed it up by doing an all over highlight/lowlight to create this beautiful dimension 😍

When your client is comfortable and trusting of your vision it always creates the best hair 🥰

Another beautiful gray blending session on Michelle 😍

When we use highlights and low lights to blend in color with her natural grays it allows her to go longer in between visits and have a more natural looking color while still maintaining pigment in her hair 💕

A lot of people ask me if it’s possible to lighten hair without bleach, and the answer is yes, but it’s pretty tricky!

The key component being you have to have a natural level starting at a seven or higher or have 50% or more gray level!

This is because color can only lift a certain amount and if you try to lift, and you are too dark, the highlights won’t lift bright enough or will lift very warm!

But Ellen is one of God’s chosen and I cannot even tell you how natural her hair looks after we do a few foils only two times a year!

I always say the key to being a great hairstylist is being able to think outside of the box and pivot based on different heads of hair ✂️🏆 💪

When your girl wants to go from vivids red to blonde.. okay give me 4 weeks 🫡

is gonna be so cute all summer long with her sun-kissed blonde hair to match the best freckles 😍

One or two more sessions and you would never even know there was red in there ! I’m so lucky to have clients that are so patient and understand the process of changing their hair color while protecting the integrity of their hair 💕
