Mistakes happen. I’m here to help fix them. This client came to me in tears after leaving another salon. She wanted a bright and beautiful blonde but left unsatisfied with what she called a “mess” … dull, patchy, and damaged hair. I made sure to use protective oils in her lightener as I corrected the mistakes left in her hair, making sure to cause no further damage. She left with a more even and healthier base that was closer to her original goal. Color corrections often take more than one session. This was session one.
