-Wear your SPF daily: it doesn't CAUSE skin cancer. The sun does though.
-Double cleanse your skin at night: be sure to effectively remove all dirt, sweat, oils, makeup, SPF from your skin before bed to prevent clogged pores.
-Exfoliate 3 times per week: this will keep your skin clean and free of dead skin cells causing acne
-Avoid too much sun: we know it's summer, but limit too much sun to prevent aging signs faster
-Drink extra water: we are hotter and sweat more in the summer. Replenish your body and your skin with extra hydration
-Don't stress, have fun!!
