How to do it: Sit down comfortably on a bench with dumbbells in both your hands and your feet on the floor. Your spine should be upright. Now bend your elbows to bring the dumbells at your shoulder height, this is your starting position. Look straight forward and slowly move your dumbbells overhead. Hold this position for a while then go back to the starting position.
