Subject: Important Update: Upcoming Price Adjustment

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional services, Time for a Change would like to inform you about an upcoming change.
Effective October 1st, 2024, we will be adjusting our prices, increasing chemical services (perms & all color services) by 20%. While we understand that any change can be challenging, this adjustment is necessary to maintain the high quality you’ve come to expect from Time for a Change.

Here are the details:

1. Reason for the Change: According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics between 2021 and 2023, there were significant price changes, with inflation rates of 5.07%, 4.87%, and 5.42% respectively- simply put that what used to cost $20 in 1997 would now be around $41.57 in 2024 for an equivalent purchase. Even the costs for supplies like color and perms are rising along with the market.

2. New Pricing Structure: All chemical services (Perm & Color services) will increase 20% (last price adjustment was in 2020).

3. Timeline: October 1st , 2024

4. Payments: Accepted forms of payment are cash, venmo, paypal, cashapp, and personal check.

Effective Immediately: payment must be made at the time of service. If you are paying with a mobile app, please complete the payment before leaving the salon. We will no longer hold personal checks or permit delayed payments.

Thinking about doing a permanent jewelry pop up event but wondering if there would be enough interest???

Waylon had a long day at the salon today but wanted to thank all of of our amazing clients for loving and playing with him! Thanks for wearing him out!

The salon has a new mascot! Meet Waylen, he will be at the salon during the day with me for a while until he’s old enough to be left at home alone. I’m super hopeful that my amazing clients will be willing to help me out during my busy days and maybe love on him and take him out for a bathroom break when I can’t. I feel like this will be the best socialization ever!
