A kind reminder about gift cards and booking ahead. 🌿

I want to take a moment to address gift cards and booking availability.

Over the years, I have always tried to be as lenient, understanding, and accommodating as possible when it comes to gift cards. I truly appreciate every person who supports my small business, whether by purchasing a gift card or receiving one as a gift. However, I’ve found that waiting until the last few weeks before a gift card expires has become a growing challenge.

As many of you know, I am a solo business owner and I typically book out 2 months in advance, sometimes even further. When appointments are requested at the last minute, I often do not have availability before the gift card expires.

Moving forward, expired gift cards will no longer be accepted, including digital gift cards that were previously issued. Gift cards are purchased with an expiration date, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to schedule their appointment within that timeframe.

If you receive a gift card, please don’t wait to book. The sooner you schedule, the better chance you have of securing the date, time, and service you want. If you don’t see availability online, please send me a text. I am often able to schedule appointments further out than what is currently shown on my booking site.

Please understand that limited availability due to last-minute scheduling does not extend or reinstate an expired gift card.

Thank you for your understanding, your continued support, and for helping me maintain policies that allow me to serve all of my clients fairly. I appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing to provide a relaxing and meaningful experience for years to come.

As a proud mom of a son serving in the Army, this day carries even deeper meaning for me. My heart is with every military family who understands the sacrifice, commitment, and love behind the uniform.
