I’m driving back from a weekend master class in Grand Junction, Colorado. The subject was Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. My mind is completely blown. I haven’t found the words to describe what I learned but I do know this is only the beginning! This modality makes all the others look like child’s play. I will describe it to you all as soon as I can put it in order in my mind. It has shifted some core beliefs I’ve always held. It’s a beautiful thing. I can’t wait to make it my own. ā™„ļø

Last night my friend and colleague, Anne and I were in Frontier Park providing a guided meditation and sound bath. It was a beautiful time. The storm ran us off early but we were able to do some good for the world. I hope it happens again soon. Anne wrote a meditation that involved influencing the intention of the world leaders and it was amazing! I’m looking forward to hearing that one again when I’m not playing! It was powerful. Anne can be found at cBlooming Prairie Healing Arts, LLC

It has been a really long time since I’ve told you all.

I LOVE MY JOB!

I have been doing so much lymphatic work and injury recovery and rehab! I’m a full-on massage nerd! Great clients and fun work to keep me focused… what could be better? Not much, my friends. Not much.

The beauty of taking a tired, out of sorts, lovely mom-to-be and bringing her comfort as her body changes daily is my honor. I love walking with these gorgeous ladies as they build a whole human right underneath their own heart. Best. Job. Ever.

Your hips are doing more than you think… šŸ‘€

They’re your body’s power center…responsible for stability, mobility, balance, posture, and even how efficiently you move through life. When your hips are strong and mobile, everything else performs better… your core, your spine, your knees, ALL of it.

But when they’re tight or weak?
That’s when we start seeing low back pain, poor balance, stiffness, and decreased mobility over time. 😢

✨ And for my women in perimenopause + menopause, this matters even more.

ā¬‡ļøAs estrogen declines, we can experience:
• decreased joint lubrication
• increased stiffness
• muscle loss (especially around the hips + glutes)
• reduced bone density

🧐Translation: your hips need intentional care.

Pilates is one of the BEST ways to support your hips through every phase of life.

Here are a few go-to movements I love:

āœ”ļø Bridges (with or without a ball between the knees)
→ Strengthens glutes, hamstrings, and supports pelvic stability

āœ”ļø Clamshells
→ Targets deep hip stabilizers (hello, glute med šŸ”„) for better balance + alignment

āœ”ļø Leg Circles (supine or straps)
→ Improves hip mobility while maintaining core control

āœ”ļø Side-lying leg lifts
→ Builds lateral hip strength (key for protecting knees + improving gait)

āœ”ļø Hip flexor stretches / lunges
→ Counteracts tightness from sitting and restores range of motion

āœ”ļø Feet in straps (frog + circles)
→ Controlled mobility + strength without joint compression

šŸ’” The goal isn’t just flexibility… it’s strength WITH control.

Because strong, supported hips =
✨ better balance
✨ reduced injury risk
✨ improved posture
✨ more ease in everyday movement

…and yes, a more lifted šŸ‘ too 😌

Take care of your hips now, and they’ll take care of you later. 05/02/2026

This is so beautiful!!! Btw…. Dr. Pepper is not the fluid that helps this amazing joint. (You know who you are!!!!)(there is more than one of you!)

(Im looking at you, ___________!)( and ___________!) šŸ™‚
