🌿 What is Ashiatsu?

Ashiatsu is barefoot massage therapy where the therapist uses their feet to apply controlled, flowing pressure to the body.

Using overhead bars for balance and support, I’m able to use my body weight to create slow, deep and intentional pressure that simply isn’t possible with hands alone.

Ashiatsu can help: ✨ Release muscular tension
✨ Address tight, restricted fascia
✨ Encourage greater mobility and movement
✨ Provide deep, sustained pressure without the poking or digging of elbows
✨ Promote relaxation and help calm the nervous system

The result is a massage that feels deep, grounding, slow and incredibly therapeutic.

🦶✨ EXPERIENCE ASHIATSU AT NORTHERN LIGHTS MASSAGE

Sometimes your body needs more than a traditional massage.

Ashiatsu allows me to work deeply while maintaining a smooth, rhythmic flow. I can adjust the pressure and technique to your body's needs, making each session intentional and therapeutic.

If you love deep pressure but want something different from traditional deep-tissue massage, Ashiatsu may be exactly what your body has been asking for.

🌿 Slow. Deep. Intentional. Therapeutic.
🦶 Barefoot massage. Big results.
