+MOMS PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

My son was sick this weekend. And now, because apparently motherhood comes with complimentary germs, I’m starting to feel a little… ✨questionable✨. 😂

So naturally, I’m sitting in the salt room at Anchors Studio.

Am I panicking? No…well maybe a little bit bc we’re supposed to see Teddy Swims tomorrow, but…

Am I taking preventative measures? ABSOLUTELY. 😂🧂

If I’m going down, I’m going down surrounded by Himalayan salt, peaceful vibes, and the delusional confidence that I can outsmart whatever my child had.

✨ Breathe.
✨ Relax.
✨ Take a little time for yourself.
✨ And maybe let the salt room help you feel like you’re doing SOMETHING about those seasonal nasties.

Your immune system deserves a little spa day too. 🧂💨

Come get salty with us at Anchors Studio.

NOTE: Salt therapy is a wellness experience and isn’t a treatment or cure for illness.

⚾️ STRIKE OUT THE STRESS & HELP SEND GAVYN TO THE BISONS!

Our son, Gavyn, has been perfecting his baseball game since he was just 4 years old. Years of early mornings, long practices, big swings, tough losses, big wins, and a whole lot of grit have finally paid off.

His dream of becoming an Ohio Bison has officially come true! 🦬⚾️

Gavyn has been nominated to play for the 14U Overbey Travel Baseball Team, and we couldn't be more proud of him.

To be a Bison, you need grit, skill, motivation, great grades... and unfortunately, a small-home-sized amount of money. 😂

So, we're putting the FUN in fundraising!
