We would like to say congratulations to one of our team members, Adrianna Garcia, for graduating class of 2026 from Pangburn High School! She’s been such a big help to us around the salon answering the phone and helping with daily tasks. We can’t wait to see where life takes her next. 🎓❤️🎉

The pivotal moment in my life started in high school.

I was the girl who didn’t feel seen someone who wasn’t considered attractive and wasn’t popular through jr high. I was shy, quiet, and being in a crowd felt overwhelming. Then I discovered the art of hair and makeup not because I was great at it but because of how it made me feel. That was the turning point.

Learning how to do my own hair and makeup gave me confidence I had never experienced before. It gave me the courage to stand in front of a class and speak, to make friends, and to step into spaces that once felt uncomfortable. That transformation changed the course of my life.

It’s what led me to beauty school. I knew it was what I was meant to do even when others doubted me.
I didn’t start with the gift of gab or natural talent I started with a deep desire to help others feel confident in their own skin. I had no idea where it would take me, but I thank God every day that I followed it.

Being a hairdresser has become so much more than a career. It’s allowed people to pour into me and I into them. There’s something special about the conversations that happen in my chair that include real moments and connection.

I’m often asked if I’m taking new clients and the answer is yes when I can. But recently my focus has shifted. My passion now is building a team and duplicating myself by creating other confident, talented stylists who can experience opportunities just like I have.

I was given the chance to learn from a great mentor and I believe they deserve the same. I don’t believe in gatekeeping. I’m committed to giving them every tool, every opportunity, and every bit of knowledge I have to help them succeed.

I truly believe God has big plans for me he shows me that every day. We’re still growing, building, and I can’t wait for you to see where it takes Charlotte Lynn + Co Salon.

Congratulations to Amanda on her beautiful, healthy baby we couldn’t be happier for her during this special time. We’re definitely missing her around the salon, but we know she’s soaking up every moment with her sweet boy.
