Which one do you prefer?

A rapid spray tan is rinsed off anywhere from 2 to 6 hours after application. The biggest perk of a rapid tan is the convenience of being able to rinse off the bronzer fairly quick. That way you don’t have to worry about protecting your fresh tan for quite as long. With a rapid spray tan, the longer you leave the solution on before rinsing, the darker your tan will be. Therefore, it can take a little bit of trial and error to find the perfect rinse time for your desired results. For this reason, I recommend opting for a classic before any big event if we haven’t done a rapid on you previously!

A classic spray tan can be rinsed off in a minimum of 8 hours but no longer than 24. Once that 8 hours is reached, the color does not continue to darken if not rinsed like a rapid tan does so that can provide some peace of mind. You do however need to protect your tan for longer if you opt for this development time.

For both options, you will see your true developed color at the 24 hour mark and after 1 rinse.

My personal favorite way is to receive a classic spray tan in the evening, throw a dark pair of loose fitting pajamas on afterwards, climb in bed and rinse off in the morning. 💤
