Here’s why: Most people don’t rinse their shampoo out well enough, and that leftover shampoo can leave your scalp feeling dry or irritated. A little conditioner at the root helps pull the rest of that out while adding slip and softness where you need it most.
It’s not about slathering a heavy mask on your scalp, it’s about rinsing smarter and keeping things balanced.
