From NEON to NATURAL! This “at Home” neon experiment needed to go back to natural before prom. Some might assume that you could just slap on some color and voila>>>> not exactly.! Performing a test strand was a must before even considering the next steps. Zero bleach was used to lift out as much neon as possible. Then a rapid toner was used to fill the cuticle before the final step of matching her natural level and tone.
