This was something I wasn’t sure I wanted to post because honestly I was a little embarrassed but I decided it’s important to be transparent!

I got a message last week after doing a Korean lift on this client and she said she felt like her lashes had curled too tight (top picture).😳

I panicked a little at first but told her to come back in and we could reverse the curl a little so that her lashes were lifted rather than curled back.

Bottom picture is where we got after I reapplied the solution to soften her lashes and then reshaped them onto a larger rod.

This was a great learning experience for me and what I believe happened was after she expressed that she had a lift before from someone else that she felt didn’t do much I overcorrected and used a slightly too small of a rod and left the solution on the tips of her lashes for a little too long.

I’m so glad she felt comfortable enough to message me so that I could offer a solution because I would never want someone to pay for a service they aren’t 100% satisfied with!
