In the late 80s, was working in the plant diseases lab at MSU, washing her hands in alcohol 95 times a day. Her skin got so dry, it started bleeding.

So what does a Sturdy Girl do? She started researching and figured out how to fix it. 30 years later, she’s still making her “soothing salve” - what we now call Sturdy Girl All Purpose Cream. ✨✨✨
