After years behind the lash bed, I developed my own application technique called PäshBond™ — a technique designed to create a strong, secure attachment while keeping the health of the natural lash a priority.

Why does technique matter?

✨ Better attachment — Proper placement and application make a HUGE difference in how well an extension wears.

✨ Better retention — When combined with proper prep and aftercare, my clients can experience incredible retention — sometimes up to 6 weeks.

✨ Natural lash health comes first — Great retention should never come at the expense of healthy natural lashes.

✨ Your natural lash cycle matters — Extensions attached to lashes that are naturally ready to shed will shed with them. That’s completely normal!

✨ Clean lashes retain better — Yes, WASH your lashes! Oil, makeup, dead skin and buildup can interfere with retention.

With 18 years in the beauty industry and more than 500 lash students taught, I’ve spent years perfecting my craft and learning what truly makes a difference in lash retention.
