Your hairstylist is NOT judging your dirty hair… but there is a difference between lived-in hair and excessive buildup.

For on-scalp blonding services, I actually recommend skipping the wash the night before. Those tiny scratches on the scalp can make lightener much more uncomfortable.

But if we’re working through layers of dry shampoo, oils, and product buildup, I may need extra time to prep your hair to ensure the BEST results possible.

At the end of the day, my name is attached to your hair, and I take a lot of pride in that. 💜
