I have really taken this to heart. I'm not about to be frustrated anymore because somebody doesn't get me. It's just not meant for them to understand or they just don't want to put forth the effort.

As long as I understand me, that is all I need. At some point I will find my people who get it. But now I can patiently wait for that to happen.

If they don't get you or understand you or your feelings, don't you worry about it. You can write it in journal, keep it to yourself, and be okay. 🩵💜

I know that some of us gotta tell ourselves that we are thugs and we gotta suck it up and keep it pushing, but listen... it only helps for a little while boo.

Holding it in is only gonna mess you up even more. The more we hold it in, the worse it can get and we definitely don't want that.

Ain't nobody got time trying to fogure out where all these ailments came from and we know good and well that it came from holding all that stuff inside.

We are emotional beings and that is NOT a bad thing! Don't let anybody tell you different either! We are meant to feel. Sometimes we have to in order to move on.

Cry now, learn from it, understand it, and move on. If you struggle with anxiety, it only makes it worse. So feel them feelings! That's probably the most thuggish move you can make. Yall be blessed! 🩵💜

Yalllllllllll do you see this?!?!?!? This is both my wrists having to be in these because they HURT!

I still work a job and I am constantly on the computer typing and clicking away. If I got into how much this job in particular has messed with my mental health by stressing me out real real bad, that would be a series.

This right here is just reminding me how much I have to take care of myself. No one outside of me will be as concerned about me as I am for myself and advocate for me like I can for myself.

My health is important regardless of how much money a place can pay me. If you are operating in your gift, it will make room for you. I will believe and trust in God that it will work out in my favor.

Yall take care of yourselves. 🩵💜

Sometimes those worries have us in such a chokehold that we can't even live life to the fullest. The worries will take care of themselves. Live life boo! 💜🩵

Anxiety brings all kinds of negative thoughts your way. It can tell you that you're a failure, that you're not a good mom, thar you're not a good wife, that you're not good enough period.

When those thoughts start flooding your mind, start combating them one by one. Start telling yourself what makes you a success, a good mom, a good wife, and what makes you good enough.

Your anxiety can't win here. You are NOT what it tells you boo. 💜🩵

My fear is being someone I am not. I am who I am anxiety and all. I can be sweet, but if you cross me, I can be mean. I will probably be one of the nicests people you know. I have my days where I doubt myself, and may struggle with imposter syndrome, but you know what? I push through anyway!

I am learning, healing, and growing and that is OKAY. Healing is a journey and you learn new things every day. Growth is inevitable. So I would rather be my healing learning growing self than to pretend I have it all together.
