Hello. My name is Tamara and I’m an Permanent Cosmetic artist and Mentor. We have one large room available for lease. The room is just over 100 sq feet, comes with a sink with a mirror, a large window, rolling cabinet, cabinet on the wall, large mirror on the wall, sharps container, paper towel holder and hand soap wall holder. The room may be shared as well. We have a comfortable waiting area with seating, magazines, water and soft music playing.

Your clients will have access to the front desk receptionist Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. She is wonderful and can help your clients find your new place. You won’t have to worry about your clients being left outside with a locked door as they can wait in our welcoming waiting room.

We are looking to lease to a Advanced esthetician or a PMU artist. This could be a unique opportunity for the right professional.
