35 years in this industry has given me a front-row seat to how contact centers have evolved - from telephony to cloud, and now into AI-driven operations.

At TCN, my focus has been on helping organizations move beyond fragmented tools and into platforms that actually perform - where AI is embedded, compliance is built in, and operations are designed to scale.

Not as theory. Not as hype. But in ways that deliver real outcomes.

Across the region, I’ve worked with teams navigating growth, regulation, and transformation - aligning technology with what the business actually needs to succeed.

Talofa, Our students deserve the same access to four-year University degrees that millions of students in all 50 States have. I’m so proud of our wonderful students who fight to overcome great challenges to get a better education. Right now, they do not have the same opportunities for in-state university tuition that the rest of the country has, and they deserve access to pursue their dreams. Our bill would help correct major financial disadvantages, and open more doors for our students from the islands. I appreciate working together with my colleagues from the territories on this bipartisan priority. Thank you.
