This isn’t a group workout, it’s just a set time put on the schedule for us to meet at the gym (Planet Fitness) to keep each other accountable and be there for support at the same time! Everyone can disperse upon entering to get their own individual workout in! Or partner up with a few girls and get a circuit going!

You do either need a membership to the gym to enter or find a buddy that has a membership to be their free guest for the day!

The day of the week and time might be different each week, so just make it when you can! I will post on this page when the weekly workout is scheduled each week!
