Our Story

Wild Roses Artisanal products were created out of an absolute need to replace commercially produced, irritant-laden items that caused extreme allergies and skin reactions for me. Through the years, my reactions to those commercial products became worse and worse, until an enlightened dermatologist said, "Honey, if you want to be healthy again, you're going to have to find another way." Good advice.

Since then, I have researched, developed, and educated myself, earning the designation of Certified Soapmaker from the Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetics Guild here in the United States. I continue to develop and refine my repertoire, always in search of that "perfect" product. The line of soaps includes some heavy-hitters that rely on the goodness of olive oil and aloe vera, with some exceptions, and our cremes combine a litany of specialty oils specifically selected for their abilities to enhance any beauty regimen.

Wild Roses Artisanal is not your grandma's soap brand, nor is Brethren of the Coast your grandpa’s beard care. We definitely are not your garden-variety rustic goat's milk soap producer. We don’t even “do” goat’s milk. We stick to what we like--olive oil, aloe vera, coconut oil, wine... We pride ourselves in moving beyond industry norms in search of excellence.
