My office in LA. Gosh I miss the staff and the room I decorated.

Ooosah.. taking a moment just to relax and inhale the smell of lavander. #massage #healer #reset #lovethyself

I’ve been around for a long time. My Buddha has followed me everywhere I have been, since the beginning of my career. Blessed and Thank you.

My second home is complete. Last add on my Copper Elephant (painted my self). Love my life and career. Wouldn't do any else. God blessed me with passion of healing others. These are my special things.... My salt rocks absorb all negative energy. My Budas keep my focus calm. The 3 elephants bring the 3 minerals in to my room. (GOLD, SILVER, COPPER.) All my photographs I took (aside from buda canvas). Which keep me in nature. Most importantly with yemaya (Ocean). Which bring peace and love into my heart. My little water fountain.. keeping the water flowing. Which help cleanse the soul. I pray for all that step foot into my sanctuary. That I can help them heal and bring them to a much better place. Physically and emotionally. Namaste. #roomofahealer #medicalmassage #massage #blessed #therapistlife #Certified

6 more years this still stand. Even more in this world today. Ooossha.

Time out. Take a breath. Slow down and focus on self. It’s time to relax we all have had a ruff ride. Remember to love your selves.

Everybody just loves these cups. Boost circulation and decompress the muscles and tendons. Very relaxing experience. Placement is key. Client amazed at the end results. Added-on service.

TIME TO RE-SET | Janet Salas, LMT

Therapeutic Massage • Bodywork • Energy Work • Mobile Massage

Hello! I’m Janet Salas, owner of Time to Re-set, proudly serving Henderson, Nevada and surrounding areas.

With 20+ years of experience in therapeutic massage and energy work, my background was built primarily in chiropractic settings, where the focus is on helping the body function and feel better—not simply providing a relaxing spa experience.

I’m not your typical spa massage therapist. I bring therapeutic massage directly to you, creating a personalized experience based on what your body needs that day.

I am trained in multiple modalities, including:

• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Sports Massage
• Shiatsu
• Craniosacral Therapy
• Energy Work

Every body is different, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage. I take the time to listen to what you're experiencing and use my hands to identify areas of tension and imbalance, tailoring each session to your individual needs.

I also have experience working with clients who experience chronic pain, fibromyalgia, connective tissue disorders, muscular tension, and other conditions that require a thoughtful and individualized approach.

Whether you're an athlete, someone who works a physically demanding job, someone living with chronic tension, or simply someone whose body is telling you it's time to re-set, I'm here to help.

Your body works hard for you. Give it the attention it deserves.
