Let’s talk LASER ⚡️ because there are a few things I wish everyone knew before starting treatments:
✨ Higher settings do NOT automatically mean better results.
I know it’s tempting to think, “Just turn it all the way up so we can get it done in one session.” 😂 But that’s not how laser works. My goal is never to use the highest setting possible—it’s to use the right settings for your skin. Being overly aggressive can increase your risk of burns, irritation, and unwanted pigment changes. A safe, properly planned series will always win over trying to force results in one treatment.
✨ Consultations are important!
Not every laser is right for every person or every concern. I need to see your skin, talk about what you’re wanting to improve, review your history, and make sure we’re choosing the right treatment before we ever get started. Your treatment plan should be customized to you.
✨ And PLEASE tell me about your beach trip. ☀️🏖️
Recent sun exposure, tanning, or an upcoming beach vacation matters when we’re planning laser treatments. You’ll need to follow your specific pre- and post-treatment sun restrictions—and if you have a sunny vacation coming up, we may need to adjust your treatment date.
With laser, more isn’t always better. The right treatment + the right settings + the right timing = the results we’re looking for. 🤍✨
