I’m excited to share that I am officially a Licensed Massage Therapist at Soulful Hands Massage!

I am a 2010 graduate from Southeastern Institute of Neuromuscular Massage and have taken many classes to increase my knowledge of how to help people.

For me, massage therapy is about so much more than relaxation. It’s about helping people feel better in their bodies, finding relief from the stress and tension they carry, and creating a space where they can simply slow down for a little while.

I believe compassionate, intentional touch can be an important part of caring for the whole person—and I’m grateful to have the training and licensure to serve others in this way.

Whether you’re dealing with everyday muscle tension, stress, soreness, or you simply need an hour where someone else takes care of you, I would be honored to be part of your wellness journey.

I’m looking forward to this next chapter and to putting these hands to work! ❤️
