Last night I attended Content & Cocktails as both a guest and a sponsor.

To be honest, content creation has never been my favorite thing. I’d rather be in a treatment room helping someone feel better than standing in front of a camera. But growth requires us to step into rooms that challenge us, and last night did exactly that.

A huge thank you to Carissa Jo for creating such an inspiring experience. The room was filled with ambitious, creative, and powerful entrepreneurs who understand that visibility matters just as much as the work we do behind the scenes.

As I looked around the room, I couldn’t help but reflect on my own journey.

There was a time when I was simply trying to survive.

Now I’m building, speaking, teaching, leading, sponsoring events, and creating impact in ways I once only dreamed about.

That’s the beautiful thing about growth. Sometimes it happens so gradually that you don’t realize how far you’ve come until you pause long enough to look back.

The glow isn’t just from good lighting.

It’s from healing.
It’s from consistency.
It’s from choosing myself.
It’s from doing the work when nobody was watching.

And the growth? That’s still happening.
