🐝🦋🌸 A little magic happened in my bee garden today…

I am so grateful for this little space. Visiting the bee garden is always a joy, but today felt extra special. ✨

There were three things that made this moment feel magical:

🌻 1. It’s October 1st… and it still feels like summer!
My flowers apparently didn’t get the fall memo because they are still blooming, thriving, and absolutely showing off. 🌸🌼☀️

🐝🦋 2. Fall doesn’t mean our pollinators are gone.
The bees are still buzzing. The butterflies are still visiting. And the hummingbirds are still stopping by. It’s such a beautiful reminder that even as the seasons begin to change, there is still so much life happening around us if we slow down long enough to notice it.

✨ 3. And somehow, I captured ALL THREE in the same moment!
A bee. A butterfly. And a hummingbird. 🐝🦋🐦

All sharing the garden at once.

How rare is that?! I felt incredibly blessed just standing there witnessing it. 💚

This video is longer than most of the videos I post, and that was intentional.

🌿 I invite you to use it as a little nature meditation.

If you can’t get outside right now, give yourself a few minutes to simply watch. Turn up the sound. Notice the flowers moving. Watch for the bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Take a few slow breaths and let yourself be there with me.

Whether you’re sitting at your desk, taking a break at work, or resting at home, I hope this little piece of the farm brings some of the peace and magic of nature to you. 🌻✨

Because sometimes wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.

Sometimes it’s simply stopping long enough to notice what’s blooming, buzzing, fluttering, and flying right in front of us.

💚 This is care farming in action. 🌱🐝

A beautiful and balancing Autumn Equinox evening with horses! 🍁 🐴 Thank you to Elizabeth McCorvey for making it a wonderful and therapeutic experience for everyone who attended. I love how horses bring big smiles and lots of much needed joy to each person that connects with them. Our horses loved all the attention too! 🧡 , , ,

Around here, our therapists have four legs, feathers, hooves… and a VERY competitive benefits package made entirely of snacks. 😂🐴🐷🐐🐔
This is what care farming looks like at Hendo Care Farm. 💚
Our animals aren’t just adorable faces around the farm. Their calm presence, curiosity, personalities, and complete lack of judgment create opportunities to slow down, connect, laugh, practice mindfulness, build confidence, and simply be present.
Sometimes healing looks like a deep conversation.
Sometimes it looks like meditation.
And sometimes… it looks like telling a goat your problems while she wonders whether your pocket contains a cookie. 😂
That’s the magic of care farming—bringing together people + animals + nature + meaningful experiences to support wellbeing.
🌿 Heal. Connect. Grow.
