Amanda designs, creates, stamps, packages, and sells all her cold-process soaps as Tierrapy Soaps. Inspired by nature, the company name is derived from “tierra” meaning “earth,” and “-py” from “therapy” because of the environmental advantages natural soap bars have over their plastic-bottled, chemically-filled counterparts. The slogan, “Let Earth work its therapy” is a double entendre; Amanda believes that the Earth is capable of healing itself if humans could give it a chance. The second meaning draws on the idea that every individual can mentally benefit from more time outdoors. Amanda developed Tierrapy Soaps to eliminate chemical products in her sensitive skin-care routine, reduce plastic-consumption in the bathroom, and as a creative outlet.

Is it officially spooky season yet? For me it is!! Pumpkin apple butter, pumpkin pecan waffles, pumpkin apple butter, butterscotch, candied apple, cinnamon, apple pie!? If you don't want the foody smells, there's cashmere, cedarwood, teak, and mahogany! I can't get enough! What's your favorite fall smell??
