Please check your 2 appointment reminders before the day, because no shows are charged the *full* amount of the appointment booked, and cannot be rescheduled until that payment is rendered.

You of course won’t be charged a no show fee If you call 48 hours or more In advance , or if you have an emergency !

Holiday season is busiest and I have a waiting list that I can fill spots with, but when a person no shows, I do not have time to fill that spot, ergo: I lose payment for that part of my day.
