What Is HBOT? 
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a treatment process that uses oxygen and pressure to speed up the healing process for a wide range of ailments and injuries. It’s also used in preventative therapies. 

At EOS AgeWell Center, our HBOT chambers use 95 percent oxygen at up to 2.0 Atmospheres Absolute (ATA). ATA is a way to measure pressure inside a hyperbaric chamber relative to normal air pressure. For example, one ATA is the pressure you feel at sea level, or normal everyday air pressure. Two ATA is twice that. Increasing ATA forces more oxygen into your blood plasma. It also helps oxygen reach tissues that aren’t getting enough under normal conditions. 

HBOT can be used to treat or help with:

* Post-workout recovery
* PTSD, depression, anxiety 
* Wound healing
