To continue giving my clients the best experience possible, I’ve put clear policies in place that protect my time, energy, and the love I pour into my craft.

Please take a moment to review the UPDATED policies regarding:
• After-hours appointments
• Appointment confirmations
• No-shows
• Cancellations & rescheduling

These policies create structure, fairness, and respect on both ends. I am always willing to work with someone when life happens because communication is everything. 🤍 But this is the baseline standard of my services moving forward. Unfortunately I have been too laxed on these policies however moving forward I will stand firm on them!

If you already have an appointment scheduled outside of my regular working hours, this does not apply to you.

P.S. We used 3.5 packs of 20 inch water wave human hair crochet form ygwigs.com. If you don’t want a super full look, you could totally get away with 2 packs. These crochets were BEAUTIFUL! 🧜🏽‍♀️

DID YOU KNOW low porosity hair doesn’t always need a heavy deep conditioner?

Hair with low porosity has a tightly closed cuticle, which means thick butters and heavy masks can just sit on top instead of absorbing.

Sometimes a regular conditioner + gentle heat actually hydrates better than a heavy deep treatment.
