Just wrapped up the final touches on this incredible sauna in St. George Utah! Equipped with a full glass front, salt wall, red light therapy, and traditional Finnish heat.

The sauna isn’t just a relaxing add-on to your gym routine, it’s backed by real science. Regular sauna use has been linked to better heart health, faster muscle recovery, improved mood, and even longer lifespan in long-term studies. It’s not magic, it’s your body responding to heat the way it responds to light exercise: increased blood flow, heat shock proteins repairing cells, and stress hormones settling down over time.

Swipe through to see what’s actually happening to your body in there, and why so many people are making it a regular habit instead of an occasional treat.

Ready to get these benefits without leaving home? DM us for a free sauna quote and we’ll help you find the right setup for your space.

Whether it’s an indoor or outdoor sauna we are your guys! Feel free to reach out!

Happy Labor Day Weekend! Glad to get this outdoor setup done so the client can enjoy over the long weekend.

Just finished this fully custom sauna in Alpine, Utah.

Everything in this space was handcrafted specifically for the home, paired with an authentic Finnish heater made in Finland.

When it comes to a hybrid sauna, we’ve built and experienced just about every combination. For us, the best setup is simple: traditional Finnish heat combined with red light therapy. You get the high heat, steam and löyly of a true sauna, with the option to add red light therapy without trying to replace the traditional sauna experience with infrared.

Traditional Finnish sauna will always be at the heart of what we do. Red light just makes an already incredible experience even better.

Built from scratch. Built for the space. Built to last.
