Today is Father’s Day.

To the fathers who show up every day…

The ones working hard, teaching life lessons, cheering from the sidelines, offering guidance, and loving their children through every stage of life, thank you.

Your presence matters.
Your sacrifices matter.
And often, the little things matter most.

Today is also for those whose fathers are no longer here.

For those who wish they had a different relationship with their father.

For fathers whose children are no longer in their lives, whether through death, distance, or circumstances beyond their control.

And for those who father in all the ways the world doesn’t always recognize; stepfathers, adoptive fathers, grandfathers, mentors, coaches, uncles, and the men who chose to show up when they didn’t have to.

Whether today brings celebration, gratitude, grief, or a mixture of all three, your experience matters.

And even if your story doesn’t fit the picture-perfect version of Father’s Day, I’m wishing you a Happy Father’s Day.

Because love, guidance, sacrifice, and showing up count.
