Clearance sale! Y’all I have a lot of little gadgets available for sale in my office and I’d love to clear them out since it was a fun idea to have a little shop here but I honestly forget to offer them and they need to get used by real humans. So I’m asking $1 only for each item, except the oil fabric keychains (no bottles, with the patterns on them) I’m asking $4.

You’ll need to arrange pickup at the office with me and sorry no shipping available for this price. I pay more for gas to the post office. 😂 But if we frequent the same places I can meet up elsewhere if convenient.

Available are the following:
- head massager tools
- deodorant tubes
- silicone oil bottle keychains (5 and 10 ml size)
- essential oil mini books
- essential oil bottle roller tops
- nasal oil inhaler tubes -
- mini oil keychains for 8 mini oil bottles

What if “listening” for heat before performing massage for pain relief might actually protect you?

I picked this up at the beach. What do you think? I wish they had a larger version. I quite love it.

Today I am reminded to just ease off. Is something or someone bothering you? Are you bothering someone else, due to your own anxiety or stress? Are you taking on things that don’t belong to you?

Take a breath. Ease off. Back up. Set your burdens down and relax. Find something to be grateful for, and share it in the comments? Lighten the load. How can you be a blessing?

Feeling out of balance? A bit wobbly inside? Dizzy for no known reason? A LOT of people are struggling with balance these days, and if that’s you, please know you’re not alone. While we may not always know the root cause, addressing cranial balance by examining the cranial bones and balance of the cranial rhythm can be a great way to help the body cope. Please reach out if you’d like to give it a try!

Quick change! How long does it take a pro to change the linens on the massage table? 11.0 seconds on a good day. 😂

Optimal table decor for massage therapy includes a deluxe massage table (supports therapist longevity), a heating pad (supports client comfort and optimal relaxation of muscles) and another dose of padding (no bony contact points). Then soft linens and lush blanket on top. We go max comfort here. The small details matter.

Wait for it… 😂 The egret has something to say!

Must we always be in such a rush to get to the destination? Here is your reminder to slow down a little, whatever path you’re on, take a seat, take a breath and enjoy the view!

Speaking of - I’ll be out of the office this week, returning next week to offer you musculoskeletal care!

Wishing you a beautiful peak of your summer months - it’s my absolute favorite time of year! 💛🩵💚

Hips don’t lie! Have you ever struggled with hip pain, hip imbalances, or sacrum imbalance? Trouble walking, guarding of the joints, or even needed a cane to support your regular walking?

With Cranial Sacral technique, one thing we do is assess the rotation of the cranial rhythm at the hips. The hips should feel like they are very subtly rotating outward, and then inward. Ideally there is balance in quality, flow, and rhythm. The lack of feeling this subtle flow can indicate that there is dysfunction or undue restriction present. And it can be very subtle. Small rudders steer big ships.

Assessing the hips can be one piece we use to help us know how to move forward in the session. From here, we make a decision as to how, what, and where to treat. The end goal is alleviating pain, improving the rhythm, and helping restore balance in your system.

It’s still summer. Any emails offering you anxiety for what lies weeks ahead can be considered stressful and hypnotic programming. You can decline to accept their offer. Stay present.

Heels. We can start at the head or heels during a Cranial Sacral session. In fact we can start a lot of places. But for starting a session with you, I enjoy a quick visualization exercise at the heels, for you and me both, before we get carried away with other things.

A lot of us carry chaos at our heads.

Beginning with holding the feet under the heels is a great way to slow down, drawing our focus to everything the feet represent: connection with the ground, steadiness, structure, balance.

Unsteady feet don’t lend strength to anyone.

So we can start a session, with you focusing on your feet, and me feeling for the cranial rhythm, which extends to this important area of our body. We do a little imagining together, and then head off to the races, exploring where the cranial rhythms take us.
