This work accesses deep parts of the nervous system through fluid, fully supported movement in body temperature water. Your edges disappear, your efforts disappear, and the ego dissolves into the peaceful sensation of water rushing past your skin. We cultivate a container of trust and allowance for expression and softness. I will hold you tenderly, with deep respect and reverence.

Right now my clients all come to Ventura where I have a perfect pool - however if you know of a space which might be perfect I’m willing to hop into other ponds as well.

Watsu is a therapy received in 98 degrees. A safe place to surrender your burdens. It feels like a week long vacation, but in an hour 🏝
