Ash is certified in Lip Neutralization

As a tan Latina, I personally has some pigmentation to my lips. My top lip is slightly darker than my bottom lip. & they’re not pink. They have more of a purple color. In order to have pink lips I would have to neutralize the color to offset the purplish hue. There where lip neutralization comes to the rescue.
