We truly appreciate your continued support and loyalty. As we move into 2026, we are implementing an updated appointment policy to help ensure fairness, availability, and quality service for all clients.
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, late arrivals without notice, and missed appointments, the following policy changes will take effect starting in 2026:
Updated Appointment Policy
• A $30 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your appointment.
• We now require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or arriving late without prior communication will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
These changes allow us to better manage our schedule and continue providing the level of service you expect and deserve.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we appreciate your communication and cooperation. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time as we respect yours.
