I am grateful for my growing clientele. Thank you for trusting me with your hair care needs.

I am an understanding person, I know booking through the website may not be for everyone. However, if you are needing to book through me by text. You must be patient for my response back to you.

Attention, if booking through phone/text please allow 24-48hrs for a response. As I service clients , I do not be on my phone unless it is an emergency! When being serviced I work from start to finish making sure all clients are satisfied in the end whether they are existing/new clients.

If Booking through phone/text please be deposit ready. Payment methods are ( square payment link, cashapp, or cash (exact amount).

I created a booking site in hopes of keeping things organized as booking through phone or text message does not go as smooth. I still have to book your time slot online, to ensure other clients do not book your appointment time.

Booking through the app helps me/clients
Keep up with the time/ending of appointments and location. When booking through the app you automatically get a confirmation of details.

If you are trying to book a service and it shows no availability and you mention of a certain date via text.
Please note that I will reach back out to discuss if I have an opening in between clients ( no guarantees)

If you are an existing/new client and want to book a service that is not categorized please contact me before booking. Whether than booking and getting to the appointment and it does not fit in the time frame or requires more money or I have never done the style, etc.

Even though the hair is provided If you are an existing/new client that choose to bring their own extensions for the service and unsure of what to purchase please allow 24 to 48 hrs to respond. Also hair will need to be dropped off 24-48 hours prior to appointment time. This allows time for hair to be prepped prior and service can be done on time.

I personally do reach out to clients who book under services that require a inspiration photo/color/length of service and hair . Although, in the description it states what to do.

If I do not respond in your time frame double texting,double calling,un-sending messages,having people in the family call me will not make me respond any faster. I will respond at my earliest convenience.

I myself am not perfect and I have personally made mistakes. If I've done something wrong, I expect people that book to let me know. I will find a solution to resolve the issue.

I chose this career path because I enjoy people and styling hair at clients request. I know things do not always go smooth. I hope for the same respect as I have given to others. I am simply here for peace,love,and growth.
