Raindrop Therapy is a deeply relaxing experience using essential oils applied along the spine and feet to support balance in the body and calm the nervous system. It helps release stress, tension, and mental overload, allowing the body to shift into rest and renewal.

I’ve added my own nurturing touches to create a full-body experience, including leg and foot massage, hot stones/towels, hand and arm massage, scout-style back work, and a soothing neck to scalp massage.

This session is grounding, restorative, and honestly the ultimate adult timeout~ a space where you don’t have to do, decide, or carry anything. You simply rest and receive.

Because balance isn’t a luxury~it is necessary.
