Phones and WiFi are back up. We are operating as normal but are offering complimentary wash/style appointments upon availability to those still without power. Sending love to all those still working through the aftermath of the hurricane🩷

Phones are still down at the salon. Internet seems to be working. We were able to check voicemails and will do our best to contact everyone once the phones are up. So sorry!

Dear Foxie Guests,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in updating you. Currently, both our salon phones and internet are down, and we’re unable to receive voicemails at this time. Many of our team members also have no cell signal for texting, calling, or data at home, which has greatly limited our ability to communicate. If you’ve reached out and haven’t heard back, please know we are not ignoring your messages—we most likely haven’t received them.

Additionally, our ability to process debit/credit card payments is more limited than usual. We are actively working on solutions to restore communication, and in the meantime, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via social media or email if you need assistance. We hope to have a temporary phone number for calls soon and will update you as soon as we do.

Thankfully, the salon has power and water, so we plan to move forward with this week’s appointments as scheduled. We are doing our best to reach out to anyone who missed their appointments on Friday and Saturday due to the storm to help with rescheduling. If you can, we ask that you bring cash for payment to minimize any potential issues caused by our limited connectivity.

For those needing to schedule an appointment, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could use our online booking system. This will help us reserve our limited connectivity for those who are unable to access the internet.

Our hearts are with our community and especially with those west of us who were affected far more than Hickory. We are truly heartbroken for Western NC. If you or anyone you know is in need of help locally—whether it's with power, water, or internet access—please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re here to support in any way we can.
