Trusted with the tresses of Jennifer Aniston, Christy Turlington and Hillary Clinton (just to name a few) and with work appearing in Allure and O the Oprah Winfrey Magazine, she’s an expert at high-end styling while also incorporating personal vision. Vivian opened BloOuts to share her passion for hair and for helping her clients look and feel their best.
