The Summer Solstice is a time of nourishment, abundance, and reflection. It marks the peak of the sun’s energy and invites us to pause and take stock of what we’ve cultivated so far this year. Just as the seeds planted in spring begin to bloom, this season encourages us to reflect on what is growing in our lives, nurture what feels aligned, and release what no longer supports our path. It is also a time to celebrate, embrace joy, and reconnect with the fullness of life.
Join Sammy on Sunday, June 21st at 7:00 PM for a Summer Solstice Reset designed to help you align with the energy of the season. Together, we will begin with guided journaling prompts or the creation of a vision board to help you reflect on where you are, clarify where you are headed, and connect with what you want to cultivate moving forward.
From there, you will be guided into a meditation journey where you can settle deeply into yourself and the energy of the season. During this experience, Sammy will facilitate a guided meditation while you receive Reiki energy healing and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, creating space for clarity, restoration, and renewal.
By the end of this experience, you will feel more grounded, aligned, and connected to your intentions. You’ll leave with a greater sense of direction, renewed energy, and a deeper understanding of how you want to move through the summer months with purpose, confidence, and intention.
Bring your pen and paper if you’re journaling, a cellular device if you are creating a mood board, a yoga mat, and all the things you need to lie comfortably in meditation (bolsters, blocks, blankets, and eye pillows available at the studio) and join us to nourish yourself and your intentions💛

✨ Restore & Release is back this Sunday, June 14th at 10:00 AM ✨
If your body has been feeling tight, your mind has been racing, or you’ve simply been craving a slower pace, this class is for you.
Led by Liza, Restore & Release is one of our community’s most-loved offerings. This deeply nourishing practice uses supported, longer-held poses to gently release tension in the body, encourage deep relaxation, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of the body responsible for rest, recovery, and healing.
Unlike faster-paced styles of yoga, restorative yoga invites you to slow down, soften, and create space for both physical and mental release. Expect to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.

Introducing Accessible / Chair Yoga ✨
Yoga is for every body.
Our Accessible / Chair Yoga class is designed to make the benefits of yoga available to everyone, regardless of age, mobility level, injury history, or experience. Using a chair for support, we’ll move through gentle stretches, strengthening exercises, and mindful breathing practices that help improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking for a lower-impact practice, managing chronic pain, or simply want a supportive place to move your body, this class meets you exactly where you are.

And despite the name, you don’t have to be a competitive athlete to benefit.
Do you lift weights? Run? Walk regularly? Work a physically demanding job? Spend hours sitting at a desk? Chase kids or grandkids around all day?
Then this class is for you!
