Today Breckan Born started her new journey at the salon, as a massage therapist. Soon Kelsey Wiesner will be there too, as a cosmetologist.

Last week was my last week at salon full time and very bitter sweet. The bitter part is I’m sad to leave all my clients that have been so loyal to me over the last 9 years through thick and thin. The sweet part is a new chapter of my life is starting and I can’t wait to see where that takes us.

I am sincerely grateful for all of my clients and it is amazing the relationships and friendships I have made over the last 9 years. If 19 year old Abi could see what she would accomplish I don’t think I would have believed all this would be her reality. With that being said I hope you all will give Breckan and Kelsey as much kindness and grace as you gave me when I first started. Being young is hard but being a young entrepreneur is even harder. Our community needs young entrepreneurs but they need your support. I can’t wait to see where the future takes them.

I am forever grateful for you all and our community. I will still be around from time to time and I will see you all around. Who knows what a few year down the road will look like, Graham County will always be home. Until then I’m just a phone call or text away. 💕
